ACCEPT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you have a specific dump request, it is encouraged to leave a 'customer note' in the order form on this checkout page. You may also go outside and mark your preferred delivery location for the driver.

You accept that it is entirely up to the driver’s discretion to determine where it is possible and, more importantly, safe to dump the materials. The driver will unload the material at the nearest suitable spot in the driveway / sidewalk / street, and you give the truck driver full permission to make this decision. If you are not present at the time of delivery, you accept that the material may be dumped and left unattended. The road and entryway to the delivery point must be at least 3.8 yards wide, and must be suitable for heavy trucks. If this is not the case, the driver will unload the materials as near as possible to the delivery point. If the driver cannot unload the materials because these conditions are not met, you will be charged a full freight cost for missed delivery. We do not offer spreading of the material. This service is an separate charge that you can order at any time.

Cancellations are subject to fees.

Delivery Date Disclaimer
We will not be held accountable for any financial burden caused by a delay in the delivery. We recommend that if you are hiring workers and/or equipment for your project that you choose a delivery date that is, at least, one day prior to the hiring of the workers/equipment.
